Installation:

Download and extract the zip file.

The folder “Impressionist Accessories” go here:
(C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS3\Plug-Ins\Impressionist
Accessories) Note: In the above example I’m using Photoshop CS3 your version may be different.

The file ” Impressionist.8bf ” must go here:
(C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS3\Plug-Ins\Impressionist.8bf)
Not in the Impressionist Accessories folder.

There can only be one Impressionist.8bf in the plug-in folder. If you
have one Impressionist.8bf in the Impressionist Accessories folder it
will cause problems.
Note: You may need to copy these two DLL files (MSVCRT10.DLL and plugin.dll) to C:/Windows/System in order for some filters to work.

If you have two Impressionist.8bf in your plug-in folder you will not see the accessories. You will only see the default chalk preset. The way you locate the second one is look in your Impressionist accessory folder and delete any Impressionist.8bf you see. Now look in your plug-in folder, and if you see two Impressionist.8bf delete one.

Note: Sorry Mac! Only works on Windows.
