<p>Smudging is when you take the smudge tool in Photoshop and brush the image creating a brushstroke effect. In Photoshop CS4 you can now rotate the canvas. This ability to rotate the canvas lets you stroke the image from any angle. If you liked the sketch this is a great feature. If you smudge our draw, CS4 for you.</p>
