Recipe site called cooks.com: Burning Out Stumps.

In the fall, bore a hole in the center of the stump about 18 inches deep and 1-1 1/2 inch diameter. Put in about 2 ounces salt-peter and fill the hole with water. Plug it up tight. In the spring, take out the plug. Pour in 8-10 ounces kerosene and ignite. The stump should smolder, but not blaze, to the extremities of the roots, leaving only ashes. Via

1. Don’t imagine you can change a man, unless he’s in diapers.

2. What do you do if your boyfriend walks out? You shut the door.

3. If they put a man on the moon, they should be able to put them all up there.

4. Never let your man’s mind wander, it’s too little to be out alone.

5. Go for younger men. You might as well, they never mature anyway.

6. Men are all the same, they just have different faces, so that you can tell them apart.

7. Definition of a bachelor; a man who has missed the opportunity to make some woman miserable.

8. Women don’t make fools of men, most of them are the do it yourself types.

9. Best way to get a man to do something is to suggest they are too old for it.

10. Love is blind, but marriage is a real eye-opener.

11. If you want a committed man, look in a mental hospital.

12. The children of Israel wandered around the desert for 40 years. Even in biblical times, men wouldn’t ask for directions.

13. If he asks what sort of books you’re interested in, tell him checkbooks.

14. Remember a sense of humor does not mean that you tell him jokes, it means that you laugh at his.

15. Sadly, all men are created equal.

Mummified remains of missing woman found in armchair 42 years later

The mummified remains of a woman have been found sitting in an armchair in front of a black and white TV set 42 years after she was reported missing.

Croatian police say Hedviga Golik, then aged 42, had apparently made herself a cup of tea and sat down before dying suddenly.

Neighbours who saw her before she “vanished” in 1966 thought she had left the capital Zagreb. She was eventually reported missing but no one looked in the flat.

Police made the grim discovery when they broke in to check the ownership of the tiny apartment.

A police spokesman said: “We have no idea how it is possible someone reported missing so long ago was not found in the apartment she used to live in.”

It is just a simple note about the nature of Photoshop shape, and few advice about its installing.

The shape tools in Photoshop allow you to create vector-based elements. Vector describe a shape mathematically; pixel images, on the other hand, describe the same shape in terms of a map of pixels. The key difference is that, as you increase the size of a pixel-based image, it begins to look blocky. Because vector images are based on mathematical formulas, they look good at any size and can be manipulated without losing resolution.

When you create vector objects in a program like Photoshop, they are comprised of paths, which are in turn made up of anchor points and straight and curved segments, or lines. You can create these points and lines by working with the preset shapes or by creating your own shape. Installing Shapes
