The Stroy of KitsLookybook is a new site that not only allows you to flip through children’s books in their entirety, but also lets you embed them, YouTube-style, into your own websites. Picture books are for looking at, explains the site:

Lookybook allows you to look at picture books in their entirety—from cover to cover, at your own pace. We know that nothing will replace the magic of reading a book with your child at bedtime, but we aim to replace the overwhelming and frustrating process of finding the right books for parents and their kids.

That, and it’s a great resource for illustrators!

wacom-cintiq.jpgThis month, Wacom is releasing a “sketchbook” version of the critically-acclaimed Cintiq drawing tablet. Cintiqs are tablets with built-in LCD screens so you can draw on them directly. This new 12WX model is only 26cm x 16cm and a full 8 kilograms lighter than its big-sister, the 21UX. In short, the new Cintiq is a lot more portable.
